• To protect against fraud or error, and to respond to claims of any violation of rights;
• To protect the rights, property or personal safety of yourself, the Vendor, users and the public;
• To enforce this Privacy Policy or any other agreement entered into between yourself and the Vendor;
• As required to comply with any applicable laws, or as authorized by applicable laws; and
• For other purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, and for any other purpose the Vendor may disclose to you from time to time.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your Personal Information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
