What is EasyMembr?
EasyMembr is gym management software with an AI front desk built in. It answers members on WhatsApp, Instagram and the web, books their classes, issues QR check-in passes, takes UPI payments and renews memberships automatically — alongside the membership, billing, invoicing and reporting tools a gym needs to run.
It is built for gyms, fitness studios, martial arts academies and climbing walls, with GST invoicing, UPI payments and WhatsApp Business API included on every plan. EasyMembr is made by a team in Hyderabad, India.
What EasyMembr does
Answers members, on the channels they already use
The assistant replies on WhatsApp, Instagram, the gym's website, SMS and email, 24 hours a day. It answers from the gym's live catalogue — real plans, real prices, the actual class schedule — so it does not invent an answer when a member asks what a membership costs or whether there is a 7am slot.
Books classes inside the conversation
A member asking for a class on WhatsApp gets booked on WhatsApp. No app download, no link to a separate portal, no staff member copying a name into a spreadsheet. If the class is full, the AI adds them to the waitlist and tells them when a place opens.
Renews memberships without anyone chasing
EasyMembr tracks expiry dates, nudges the member before the membership lapses, sends a UPI payment link in the message, applies the renewal when they pay, and issues the receipt. Renewals stop depending on whether someone at the desk remembered.
Runs the operational back office
Signup with a QR pass issued on the spot, touchless check-in, GST-compliant invoicing on an immutable ledger, plans with variations and add-ons, POS, digital waivers, guest passes, staff commissions with monthly statements, and reporting on revenue, retention and attendance.
