EasyMembr is gym management software with an AI front desk built in. It handles the work a receptionist would do — answering member questions on WhatsApp, Instagram and the web, booking classes, issuing QR check-in passes, taking UPI payments and chasing renewals — alongside the usual membership, billing and reporting tools. It is built for gyms, fitness studios, CrossFit boxes, martial arts academies and climbing walls.
What does the AI front desk actually do?
The EasyMembr AI front desk answers member messages 24/7 using the gym's live catalogue — its real plans, prices, class schedule and trainer availability — so replies are accurate rather than generic. It books and cancels classes inside the chat, manages waitlists, sends renewal reminders with a UPI payment link, confirms payment and issues the receipt, and hands over to staff when a question needs a human.
How is EasyMembr different from traditional gym management software?
Traditional gym software stores members and takes payments, then leaves staff to answer every message by hand and nobody answers after closing. EasyMembr includes the AI in every plan rather than selling it as an add-on: the assistant answers around the clock from the live catalogue, books inside the WhatsApp conversation, and nudges renewals with a payment link instead of sending a reminder blast and hoping.

Which channels does the EasyMembr AI answer on?
The EasyMembr AI answers on WhatsApp, Instagram, the gym's website, SMS and email. WhatsApp and Instagram are where most member conversations start, so both are first-class channels rather than notification-only integrations.
Does EasyMembr work with the WhatsApp Business API?
Yes. Every EasyMembr plan includes WhatsApp Business API access, so the gym messages members from a verified business number rather than a personal handset, and the AI can reply, book and take payment inside the same conversation.
How do members book classes?
Members book EasyMembr classes inside the chat they are already in — they ask for a class on WhatsApp or Instagram and the AI books it, or joins them to the waitlist if it is full. Classes can also be booked from the gym's website and member portal.
How does member check-in work?
EasyMembr issues each member a QR pass at signup, which they scan for touchless entry. There are no access cards to print and no biometric hardware required, and check-ins feed attendance reporting automatically.
Payments and admin
How do membership renewals work in EasyMembr?
EasyMembr tracks expiry dates and has the AI nudge members before a membership lapses, with a UPI payment link in the message. When the member pays, the renewal is applied, confirmed in the chat and receipted automatically, so staff are not exporting lists and messaging people by hand.
Does EasyMembr do GST invoicing?
Yes. EasyMembr issues GST-compliant invoices and keeps an immutable financial ledger, with support for UPI, card and cash payments. Corrections are recorded as new entries rather than edits, so the ledger stays audit-safe.
Can EasyMembr track staff and trainer commissions?
Yes, on the Premium and Ultimate plans. EasyMembr auto-attributes sales and sessions to the staff member responsible, produces monthly statements, and runs those statements through a sign-off workflow.
Does EasyMembr support multiple locations?
Yes. The Ultimate plan covers multi-branch gyms with consolidated billing across branches, memberships that work across locations, and a partner-gym settlement network for gyms that honour each other's members. Pricing is charged per branch.

How much does EasyMembr cost?
EasyMembr has three plans, priced per branch per month: Free at ₹0, Premium at ₹1,999 and Ultimate at ₹3,499. Every plan includes the AI assistant, WhatsApp Business API, UPI payments and GST invoicing, with no setup fee.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The EasyMembr Free plan is free forever and covers up to 50 members and 25 AI conversations a month, including the WhatsApp assistant, QR check-in and UPI and cash billing. It is intended to get a small gym's front desk running before it needs the paid tiers.
What is included in the Premium plan?
EasyMembr Premium is ₹1,999 per branch per month and covers unlimited members and staff, 150 AI conversations a month, the AI on WhatsApp, Instagram and web, smart campaigns and win-backs, GST invoicing, POS and digital waivers, and staff commissions with monthly statements.
What is included in the Ultimate plan?
EasyMembr Ultimate is ₹3,499 per branch per month and adds 500 AI conversations a month, a custom domain with white-labelling, consolidated multi-branch billing, cross-branch memberships, the partner-gym settlement network, and priority support with an SLA on top of everything in Premium.
